Ingredients: 1 lb – [500 g] frozen cheese or meat ravioli 2 tbsp – [30 mL] Canola or Vegetable Oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp – [5 mL] dried basil ¼ tsp – [1 mL] red pepper ¼ tsp – [1 mL] red pepper flakes 3 tbsp – [45 mL] All Purpose Flour 1 can – [375 mL] Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk, hot 1 ½ cups – [375 mL] tomato sauce 1 tsp – [5 mL] salt ¼ tsp – [1 mL] pepper 1 ½ cups – [375 mL] grated Village Mozzarella cheese ¼ cup – [50 mL] grated Village Parmesan cheese Number of servings (persons) – 6 portions Preparation: Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
