I purchased one of your cheeses, Old cheddar, I was very disappointed with this product . No flavor as i thought that old cheese should have , very spongy could hardly cut it , what i mean is that it is very soft and soggy.
Purchased it at NOFRILLS in Sydney Nova Scotia.

With close examination I think i see the problem. This is light cheese which in my opinion is totally wrong, there should be no such thing what a way to ruin a block of cheese. Anyway I will watch more closely next time for sure, That i don’t buy cheese with Low Fat. Again i say totally wrong.
So now i’m stuck with this block of cheese, I can’t return it now it’s open.

I am a 15 plus year customer of your cheese and I am writing to say how disappointed I am in your recent changes. I solely buy extra old cheddar and old cheddar. I have seen no changes to the extra old so I am still satisfied with the product.; however, I recently bought two bricks of the new 600 gram old cheddar – at the same price that I used to buy 700 grams of old cheddar and it was very disappointing. It had the texture and melting capacity of processed cheddar cheese. I always try to buy local products and to support local companies (I live in Penticton and consider you local). I am so disappointed I will never buy another block of old cheddar from you again. And if fact, I am now trying to source a new local product – the cost is secondary to the quality of the product.
